Our models are built precisely to a scale of 5" = 1.0625" to the foot (1-1/16" to the foot), or 7¼" = 1½" to the foot (38mm)
Our bodies are built from machined high quality MDF which is two stage chemically sealed to make it absolutely waterproof
Our first prototype "Class 66" was completed in December 2005 and has been used regularly on our local club track and a number of other tracks in all weathers and has proved to be an extremely reliable and solid locomotive
If you would like a demonstration and/or test drive, you may, by appointment, visit the Phoenix MES track based at the Telford Steam Railway, Horsehay, Telford, where we run most Sundays in late spring and summer, and Bank Holidays.
