ANSWERS TO SOME OF YOUR QUESTIONS
A. Yes, all we ask is that you go to your local Halfords or other similar shop and choose the colour from their range of car paints, note the car manufacturer and colour then email us those details, we can then obtain that exact colour from our supplier.
Q. How do I pay for my order?
A. You may send your order through the post with a cheque, you can also phone us on 0845 409 2080 & 01952 238267, Fax to 01952 290752 or click here to email us
Whilst at the various shows which we attend a credit card facility will be available
Q. How long will I have to wait for my order to be sent?
A. It does depend what you have ordered, Loco's are around 12 - 14 weeks (Railbus 6 -8 weeks) Chassis and wagons 4 - 6 weeks, Bogies are usually in stock and can be sent out once payment has cleared. Small items will be sent out within days (subject to stock). In all cases you will be informed of estimated delivery time when we receive your order.
Q. Can I see a loco being demonstrated?
A. Yes, Phoenix MES in Telford has kindly given us permission to demonstrate our loco's and rolling stock on their track, prior arrangements should be made.
Q. Do you supply graphics for rolling stock?
A. We can, but, this has to be designed on the computer, some graphics can be very time consuming to design and this would be reflected in the cost, we are always happy to discuss this topic with you.
Q. Can you supply rolling stock made to my own design?
A. Yes, we are happy to custom build, email us or give us a call.
Q. I notice you are also building a 7¼" loco, will you also be supplying rolling stock?
A. We are also developing 7¼" rolling stock later in the year.
