READY TO RUN OR PART ASSEMBLED KIT?

Our loco’s may be purchased, fully finished and ready to run apart from batteries and terminals. (if customer is collecting the loco these can be supplied at cost, and apart from fitting the batteries there will be no assembly) Sound systems are available at extra cost and can also be fitted by us during manufacture

Loco’s can be supplied in part built form with Bogie Kits and Welded Chassis,

the body is primer coated.

The loco assembly is very straightforward. The customer normally paints the loco and adds logos to their own taste (some of which we are able to supply), all electrical components including two tone horns and lighting kits are supplied

As an optional extra with the kit we will paint and graphic your loco body, please ask for details

We also supply cases for your loco and bogies, which help to keep everything clean and prevent damage during transit.

Ready to run includes

 

Fully painted Class 67 Body, complete with logo’s and fitted windows, all components are as in the kit, fully fitted and tested

 

The part assembled kit includes the following

Class 67 body in primer coat

4 mm laser cut steel, welded & powder coated chassis

6 mm laser cut steel, welded & powder coated bogies frames and all components

4QD electronic controller with handset

Battery isolator

Horns (12 volt car type)

Clear plastic windows, approx 2 mm thick ready cut

Led’s

Stay put cable for pipe detail on front & rear

A paint upgrade is available where we paint the body and fit the Graphics

The latest addition to our range of loco’s these Class 67 are liveried in Wrexham & Shropshire colours, mainly because they used to pass our workshop numerous time each day and we think the livery is quite striking, of course, we are also showing DB Schenker and The Royal Loco, there are also many other liveries the customer can choose from
This very powerful loco is built to the highest standards in order to give you trouble free running, it is a delight to drive and you may purchase at either of two stages of construction
The body sits on a full length 4mm laser cut and powder coated steel chassis
The bogies are manufactured from 6mm laser cut & powder coated steel and are easily removed from the chassis by removing an electric plug on each.
The body lifts off easily to facilitate battery removal
In 5” power is supplied via 2 x 12v batteries through a 4QD electronic controller to 4 x 285 watt motors (1.5 hp) 2 on each 4 wheeled bogie which run through a reducing gear to the wheels
In 7¼” power is supplied via 2 or 4 12v batteries through a 4QD electronic controller to 4 x 285 watt motors (1.5 hp) 2 on each 4 wheeled bogie which run through a reducing gear to the wheels
